More About Honey

• If you are allergic to bees or bee products, speak to your health care provider before consuming.
• Honey is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age.
SPECIAL NOTE
• Pure honey will crystallize. It’s one way to know you have “real” honey. To liquefy, simply place bottle in warm water.
• Honey heated over 100° can lose nutritional benefits.
